We will attempt to ship to you wherever you are in the world! We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If there is a problem with an item, we will call or email you to let you know.
Canadian Orders - $5.00 shipping fee. All orders shipped Purolator. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
United States $20.00 per order. All orders shipped TNT. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery. U.S. orders may be subject to Duty and Brokerage. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
Around the World We will take your order and contact you via email to confirm a price for shipping. Shipping costs are based on weight. International orders may be subject to Duty and Brokerage. These fees are your responsibility, and Mark's Work Wearhouse is unable to provide estimates for any Customs fees. Customers may check with their local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
Our online customers benefit from the same great '100% Customer Satisfaction - Guaranteed' policy that our in store shoppers receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase that you made online or while in one of our stores, please bring the item to the Mark's Work Wearhouse store closest to you. Please bring your receipt and the item that you wish to return with you. Please note that shipping costs for returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility. Mark's Work Wearhouse will ensure that all exchanged merchandise reaches the customer, with no shipping charge to the customer.
