Shipping

We will make every effort to ship to you wherever you are in the world!

All of the prices seen on marks.com are shown in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Canadian orders will include a $5.00 shipping fee per order. Canadian web orders will be shipped via Purolator. Rural and PO Box addresses will be shipped via Canada Post. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive within 10 business days.* If the order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email.

United States orders will include a $20.00 shipping fee per order. U.S. web orders will be shipped via TNT. In-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 10 business days.* If the order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email. U.S. orders may be subject to Duty and Brokerage fees. Mark's Work Wearhouse is unable to provide estimates for any Customs fees. These fees are the receiver’s responsibility. U.S. orders occasionally experience delays in customs. International orders’ shipping charges are based on weight. We will take your order and contact you via email to confirm the shipping charges. Returns and Exchanges

Our online customers benefit from the same great '100% Customer Satisfaction - Guarantee' policy that our in store customers receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase that you have made online or while in one of our stores, please bring the item to the Mark's Work Wearhouse store closest to you. Please bring your receipt and the item that you wish to return with you. Returns without a receipt require photo ID. Refunds will be returned to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase, which must also be produced at the time of return. Credit or debit card returns will not be provided in cash. If you don't have a store nearby, please call our customer service department at 1-800-663-6275 extension 7500 or e-mail webservicesgroup@marks.com for return instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility. Mark's Work Wearhouse will ensure that all exchanged merchandise reaches the customer, with no shipping charge to the customer.

How to shop marks.com

Looking for a specific item?

Select the category of clothing that best fits the item you’re looking for from 1 of the 5 main menus located at the top of the page (men, women, industrial workwear, healthwear or innovations). You will be asked to choose from a few subcategories from the left hand menu before being shown a list of products that includes the item you want. Or click the Product Search, and enter some key words or a style number that describes the product you are looking for. If using more than one keyword, please use the word “and” or the word “or” to separate keywords. From the product page, you may select the size and color and quantity of the product that you would like. Once you are happy with your selection please click on the “add item” link to add it to your shopping basket. To view items in your shopping basket click on the “view basket link.” Or click on the SHOPPING CART view items” link at the top right hand side of the page. Just follow the instructions on how to add an item to your basket and complete your shipping details and we will ship you the web order directly to your home or place of business. Please use the update basket button to view any changes you have made to your order.

Where can I redeem my Gift Cards?

You may purchase merchandise with Gift Cards in any of our Mark's Work Wearhouse locations. While you can purchase Gift Cards online, they currently may not be redeemed online. When Gift Cards are purchased online, the shipping fee and applicable taxes are waived.

Is marks.com a secure site?

Any personal information sent to marks.com will only be used by Mark's Work Wearhouse. We will not sell or trade your information with other organizations. marks.com uses secure socket layer (SSL), the internet standard in encryption whenever customer information is being sent and received from the website.

Are the products and prices the same online as in the stores?

We do not have everything that is in our stores offered in our online assortment, however everything that is online is available in our Mark's Work Wearhouse stores. All sale prices that appear online are reflected in our stores and are available for the same period of time. We do have every item that is featured in a National Flyer available for purchase online.
